QUALITY PROGRAM BACKED BY SCIENCE! One of the best programs I have come across by far. It was very easy to navigate through the program and also calculate my fat loss macros. Solid training program too which not only emphasizes training for size but strength as well. I have also added a photo of my PROGRESS :)
I GOT RESULTS! Finally a decent program which is well written and backed by science. I started seeing results after 2-3 weeks once I entered Phase 2. Then by Phase 3 things really started to pick up and reached next level shreds! If you are ready for a challenge then definitely give this program a shot! Can't go wrong! I might do it again next summer.
Started it recently and love it. Working out muscle groups twice a week is great, and I like that it's a mix of heavy and hypertrophy days. I have had some friends comment on my looks, and I haven't even been doing it that long. Just been hitting it hard and focusing on every rep, making sure my form is perfect and that I'm fully working my muscle. Macro calculator that comes with it too is very easy to use. You just simply input your Height/Age/Weight and Activity Level and it spits out your Fat Loss Macros Great program, I was satisfied :)
Just hit week 10 the other day and I am impressed with the results. Since starting the program I have lost about 8-9 lbs. I have followed the program religiously and also been tracking my macros on a daily basis. I am glad that I have finally come across a decent program which actually has gotten me results
