If you’re not already familiar with high-end blenders, like Biolomix, Blendtec and Vitamix, the first thing to understand is that they’re not just blenders. You can use them to grind coffee beans, reduce grains to flour, turn nuts into nut butters, and make a wide range of foods and beverages, including smoothies, salsas, hummus, juices from whole fruits and vegetables, and even hot soup. To make such a wide range, you need a blender that is powerful, but also has a wide range of speeds. I have bought the touchscreen model instead of manual controller which looks more stylish in my opinion. Definitely recommended!!
Overall it works very well and has enough power to blend pretty much anything you can think of (There is a video on YouTube about this product,it is grinding bricks into powder - it truly will blend anything). The various "cycles" might be useful for people using this in a restaurant as you can just drop in the ingredients and let it speed up, slow down, and turn off automatically .
