Everything works well. Just three points. One is that it makes a very loud noise when it is grinding. Second is that it has a smell when it is done grinding. Third is that you have to be careful since there is no safety lock. Just make sure you put everything in first and then close the cap. Then you plug it in and turn on to start the grind. Except those three points, everything is great. It grinds very hard material very well.
I'm an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist using this grinder to make herbal powders for my patients - so far so good. I've even ground up some very hard Chaga, handled it with no problem. The folks at Goldenwall seem to have a lot of pride in their product, care about your experience, and are willing to stand behind it. The grinder was packaged very well, and they provided me with replacement parts for when the blade starts to get a lot of use. Highly recommend this product!
