It’s a liiitle bit different than the one pictured but for 11$cad I’m not complaining. It is metal like they said except for the bit that changes the flow. Comes with three gaskets to make it compatible with different faucets. HAS MALE AND FEMALE threads which is awesome. The inside threads have 2 widths the outside ones only accommodates one size. Maybe the size is universal. No instructions, but easy enough to figure out. Flow is normal, no leaks. I’m very happy with the purchase out of the box.

Generally it's good and solid, only unfortunately the bottom mixer is made of plastic and you can't tighten it tightly - the thread jumps (fortunately not leaking - yet...)
