Nice and sturdy and sharp, and help me to avoid grating my fingers in with the vegetables. In an effort to move toward a vegetable-heavy diet, I had previously purchased a mandolin, but found it too complicated and tedious to use regularly. This grater is perfect; simple and efficient. It's now my go-to kitchen tool and supports my new motto, "The only processed food in this house is what is processed in the kitchen!"

Since I learned that grated cheese store bought had silicon in it, I will grate my own cheese. this thing is big and so well built. I love it. I can make my cheese large or small. I haven't tried it out on potatoes yet, but that is next. easy clean up . Throw it in the dishwasher and its good. and easy clean up. I love it and it works great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I got tired of gripping thin grater handles and having to empty out the grater repeatedly...and so gave myself a gift of a grater that can comfortably handle big jobs. Just seeing this product makes me smile and using it makes me very happy.

Wow, glad I bought this! Been using a food processor which is cumbersome for only one item and you have to clean all the parts, or a rotary cheese grater where you can only put a little chunk of cheese in, or my very old flat grater that you had to lay over a bowl or try to stand and hope it doesn't slip around... it was about time as this is sharp and grates cheeses and carrot quickly (what I've tried so far) on either large or smaller grate holes and minces excellently! Great for slicing cucumbers. Thrilled with my purchase.

I LOVE this box grater!!! I bought it because I had to shred 6 or 7 lbs of potatoes to make potato pancakes (latkes) for our Passover dinner. This grater made the job so much easier than my old grater. It is larger and easier to hold andvery comfortable. It shredded all my potatoes and onions evenly and quickly and my potato pancakes were a big hit. I highly recommend this grater!!!! It works great!!!

I love this grater. I wasn't sure how I would like the curved surface initially, but it makes it so easy to grate big blocks of cheese. Plus I feel like I can hold my wrist and hand at a more ergonomic angle. It easier to fit my hand inside and clean it.

I didn't realize how dull my old grater was until I got this new one! So much faster when sharp of course. A little bigger than I expected but absolutely fine. Very comfortable too.
