I love these. I've eliminated sugar from my diet. I no longer eat the sweets I used to. I have adapted. Not easy. But these are a BIG help!! With these I am able to mix my choice of sweeteners like stevia, Swerve, erythritol or monk fruit with cream or half and half, or unsweetened coconut milk, vanilla and mashed berries or coffee.

I love these!!! They are so easy to remove and very easy to wash. I like that it comes with the popsicle sticks.
