Like most people I guess I was skeptical at first...but WOW. I am so glad my daughter put me onto the Thera+ massage gun! The tension in my shoulders disappeared in an instant, the construction and the variable controls just make is so easy to use. It is so good that my girlfriend, who regularly competes in triathlons and road cycling, has taken mine to ease those sore, large muscle groups that get such a strenuous workout.
