Helped my circulation and as I continue to use it I am hoping it will continue to improve my circulation so that my swelling will be greatly reduced.

I have very bad circulation in both my arms, feet and they hurt, tingle, and are swollen. This seems to make them feel better for a few days. I will let you all know how well it works.

My lower legs and feet have been terribly swollen and puffy, so much so I have had to buy all new shoes in an extra wide fit. I have some heart problems and I think that the medication is not helping. Then I found this on the internet, my legs are no longer swollen and tender, but back to normal size, as are my feet. I am so pleased with this and will continue to use it.
