We regularly get severe rain and hail thunderstorms - joints and flashings commonly are susceptible to damage. I went out at the first opportunity this spring, and embarked on what has become an annual maintenance chore. This product matches the best solution I've employed so far, has less chemical odor, hasn't reacted badly with some of the other compounds I've tried, is easiest to apply, is somewhat easier to clean up, and appears to be the most durable. We'll see. I do feel more confident about its resiliency than its closest competitor. I have about a quart left over, and will learn next year about its storage life.

I use it to coat the roof of my house. The original rubber cover looks old and somewhat leaking. This product helps great!

Our basement shower was leaking just above where the pipe enters the cement floor. The plumber estimated $2,500+ to dig up the cement and replace the pipe. I tried compression tape first, but it still leaked a bit. This sealant solved the problem immediately and very easily. It took longer to open the package than to apply it to the leak. It hasn't leaked in over a month. A great product.

This stuff is the best! Our camper took on a small amount of water damage this winter. After letting the wood dry out I sealed the area with this sealant and its clearly NEVER coming off. Trust me, it's the most impressive product I have ever used.
