Put in the rice, then the fillings, put on more rice, put the top plastic piece on, press, then dump a perfect log onto the awaiting nori. No more struggling with those bamboo mats. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!

First time using came out perfect picture below. Made rice, added rice vinegar, and coated with sesame oil. Pressed rice in mold, chilled in freeze for 10 minutes, popped Into air fryer. Topped with spicy tuna. Added dynamite sauce.
