Works well on hardwood. cuts clean and leaves nice finish for joinery

Half inch shanks are my chosen bits for strength of course, but they mute so many of the structural related vibrations that smaller/weaker materials naturally exhibit. These bits are sharp and appear to be of quality materials. As a lifelong machinist I can tell you that the first thing a person notices of a quality cutter, is the heft or weight. These cutters have that weight. They run smoothly and cut effortlessly. The micro-groove finish is such that your collet will hold very well. The dimensions of this cutter are right on and the proportions of the shaft length are appropriate enough to be useful in all routers and tables, without being too short or too long for full contact for securely being held in your machine. I would not hesitate to buy this one again and if this is the bit you have been thinking of getting, you will not be disappointed in any way!

I got my money’s worth on the first big projected I Did using these bits. I continue to use them on other projects and I am very happy with them

Nice product. Would give 5 stars but the second time I used them the shank on the tongue but it way too long and it bent. I had to straighten it out the best I could and trim off about 3/4” of shank. After that it was perfect. No more issue. I would but again but will trim shank off before first use.

I'm building a bookshelf for my daughter. These router bits are great. Allowing me to make very professional looking joinst.

Awesome bits. Would highly recommend them. I have been making practice cuts and they have come out well. Being a novice woodworker, these bits are great to have.
