This actually works. This got rid of some nasty stains in my kids bathroom that has been there for years! The trick I found is to use hot water and wait longer than the bottle says. It took 2 treatments for the stain to come loose and after 3 treatments it’s gone. Very happy with this product. Will definitely buy again.

The terrible odor from my AC disappeared in a day or so after I started using it. Great! I'm just sorry that I haven't known about a long time ago, found only recently. I will definitively purchase it again.
