Just received the roller today! I have severe fibromyalgia with resulting muscle pain and chronic spasms. I used this immediately on my arms, legs, and neck. Amazing! It hurt but immediately after a few passes I could feel a huge difference. When I was done, I felt sense of wellbeing and relaxation in my muscles I haven't felt in years. Highly recommend for fibromyalgia. For my neck, I have multilevel disc damage with a plate at the C5-6 level. A tight neck with constant spasm and pain. This also made my neck feel 75% better with just a few passes. That's a big difference! I'm sure in time I'll feel more results. Get this! You won't regret it!!
