Set this up in my garden and have been using it non-stop! I have a very over the top swing and I’ve been able to see this in my swing path. Tinkering with my swing, I can instantly see if it’s made a difference on the mat. I also love the swingalign trainer which I attached to my 7 iron. I usually roll my forearm a lot and didn’t know how much it was affecting my swing until I put this too on. My practice has become so much more meaningful and focussed which has made me better on the course!

Been using it for almost two weeks now and it’s awesome! Love the swing alignment tool as well which has changed my game so much. I’ve been using the mat to help me understand my low point which has helped me improve my strike. Highly recommend to any golfers!

Bought this for my husband last week not really knowing what it does and it arrived the next day. Received yesterday. Went and tried it today. Great piece of kit! I was mainly doing it with 1/4 and 1/2 swings to try different feels I had been working on and this really helped with that. Can't go wrong for the price and definitely recommend!

Been using mine for a week now! Haven’t stopped using it just because I really want to improve my swing. It’s so good for half and a quarter swing practice. Can’t wait to get out on the course now.
