I'm very skeptical with kitchen gadgets. Most either don't work or they work only slightly. This is probably one of the best kitchen gadgets I have ever purchased. The construction is sturdy. It makes cutting your pineapple a breeze. From the time I put the pineapple on the cutting board to the time it's cut up and in containers is maybe 3 minutes. It's fairly easy to clean off with the toothbrush I keep at my kitchen sink specifically for things like this. If you're looking for an affordable pineapple slicer that is going to last, this is the product for you!

For years now I have been cutting up a pineapple the old fashion way. I found this product on line and the first time I used it was amazing. It was very easy to use, very sturdy and well built. It's a bit of an odd looking tool, but it cores and slices the pineapple perfectly. I'll never cut up a pineapple the old fashioned way anymore.
