Turned out fine thing. It is convenient and smooth to cut not only onions, but also apples for pie, potatoes for casserole, and many more!

My husband used it the other night to slice a small roast I had baked and he fell in love with it! Able to cut similar cuts of the roast to serve to guests. He remarked how sturdy it was. Looking forward to using it with other meats and vegetables.

Wish I had this 30 years ago. I have always struggled with chopping onions, they slide around etc. This solves that and make a nice uniform cut. Heaven. Then I tried it on a tomato. They looked like professionally sliced tomatoes perfect for sandwiches or anything! this is a great kitchen tool I even stick it in the center of garlic and chopped my garlic with it . I highly recommend it and I am a really picky person. I purchased 5 for friends.
