I have broiled steaks using this mat. I love the way they turned out.
Excellent! I got these to cook chicken in the oven. The chicken thighs were still way juicy, but not sitting in a puddle of fat. It was easy to clean. They also work nicely as a trivet as they are large, with air spaces so things cool. I own other silicone baking mats, but for chicken, this is much nice than a flat mat or parchment. To store I roll up and use the easy roll holders they sell here, which I use for all my mats.
I am a big fan of silicone bakeware. My first use was to cook bacon in the oven. The results were wonderful, perfectly done. It also does well with link sausage and chicken. It does drain well and is easy to clean with a good detergent. I like it enough to give one to my daughter. Bonus: it can be easily cut to fit your oven.
I use these mats while baking or cooling baked items. They work wonderful and are easily cleaned in soapy water. Would purchase again.

Bacon is the only thing I have used these for so far, but works great. Bacon goes directly on the mat with a single layer of paper towel to catch splatter. I carefully remove the mat so accumulated melted grease does not spill and put it directly into the dishwasher.
These are the best ever. For the roast, for the veggies or even pizza. Lets the heat go all around. No soggy veggies and the roast is cooked evenly.
