When I first purchased I thought negative, but it turned out to be beautiful when lit up. It stayed charged up almost all night. Perfect gift for my mom who is assisted living confined in room, she loves looking outside her window and watching it. Has very bright vibrant colors to it.
They look so pretty when they’re running which is all the time in the evening . I would give it as a gift it would make someone a nice gift and they’re affordable also.
