I absolutely love Alexis! She’s funny, she’s relatable, she’s super helpful and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I’m on week 7 of her home workout and honestly I’ve never been in better shape ever. I feel more active and confident and just in time for summer! I would 100% recommend to anybody who needs a push of motivation to get started!

This is a must-have home workout program! I have been in search of a great home workout routine since this quarantine has started. I discovered this guide on Instagram & heard so many great things about it, so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I did! The movements in the guide are similar to what I did when I was able to go to the gym & I was able to use the little home equipment I had at my home already (a set of dumbbells & resistance bands - that’s literally all you need!), which made it incredibly convenient. After day one of this program I was already feeling that feel-good soreness we all love after a good workout. I’m so glad I found this guide & if you are thinking of getting it for yourself, DO IT!!!! You will not be disappointed!
I’ve been waiting to purchase this and if not now, when? So grateful to Alexis for making this accessible. The workouts are perfectly challenging and can be easily modified for any fitness level. The demonstrated YouTube workouts are so helpful and will give me the confidence to try in the gym!
I love this guide so much! Not only is Alexis an amazing person for making it $10 while the whole world is locked in quarantine, but shes an amazing trainer too! I’ve done her 8 week gym program and now I’m doing her at home workout. It’s super easy to follow and I’m sore in places that I haven’t been in a while. All you need is a light and a heavy weight. I’ve done a bunch of the workouts outside too which is great. I highly recommend!!
