This guide changed my life. I can’t describe how much it changed me from the very beginning! I went to the gym before I bought it but I didn’t really know what to do so I just did random stuff and didn’t see any results. Well that totally changed after working with this guide! I did not only learn so much about my money, gained muscles and felt very powerful, I also started to love myself and accept my body. Thank you Alexis. For everything ♥️

This is a great program for anyone of any fitness level, I can say that because I've been lifting for about five years! Thanks to Alexis and this wonderful program my strength in all main compound lifts increased, and I was able to do unassisted pull ups for the first time in my life. If you want to become more functionally fit, stronger, experiment with a new training split, and/or grow your muscles I definitely recommend this guide.

Alexis is seriously a miracle worker! I went into this not knowing the first thing about lifting or how to make my muscles grow and she seriously changed my perspective and I learned so much! I used to hate working out my arms and now it’s my favorite thing to do, which too me by total surprise hahaha. Seriously though, Alexis is magic!

Love this guide!! Would highly recommend. Very easy to follow and keep up with, I have loved switching to a push/pull split and have seen a lot of progress!! So glad such a kind soul made such a great guide!

I started the Get Fit AF 8-week guide 4 weeks ago and am BLOWN AWAY by my results! The guide is well-designed, easy to use, and includes YouTube videos for each exercise for quick reference! I’ve been lifting semi-seriously for 3 years, but have never followed a program and was generally sick of wanting to be the “fit chick” to match the effort I’ve put in, but despite being a gym regular, not seeing a ton of change. The push/pull workout split has completely broken me out of my plateau, and suddenly my arms, back, legs, BOOTY, and abs are all growing like crazy! My gym friends have started asking me what I’ve been doing since, according to one pal, every time she sees me I’m looking fitter. The split is fun (if you think lifting heavy is fun) and includes cardio, but really focuses on efficiency so you’re never DYING on an elliptical for like 45 minutes. If you follow Alexis’ Instagram, you know all of her programs and coaching are based on exercise science, and she loves to share that knowledge to ensure that her clients and followers are maximizing their gym time. I would 110% recommend this guide! Thanks Alexis you absolute QUEEN!

Love, love, love this guide! The layout was super cute and so easy to follow (even for a novice like me)! I definitely got stronger and saw a lot of positive changes in my body in just 8 weeks! I would highly recommend this guide to anyone looking to switch things up! Thanks, Alexis!!
