Inexpensive, easy to put together, light but sturdy! I have pain in my left wrist that makes pushups difficult without assistance (I'm not even 30 yet, WTF?!) and these things have allowed me to do pushups again. Would recommend. Can't imagine spending more for the same thing. Look out world, here comes Nick with his well-toned upper body! (hah...we'll see...but that part is up to me, isn't it?)
